- JTJanette TrujilloFeb 20, 20261.0I have been calling since 2pm to get a package that wasn't delivered to my address. NO ANSWER. They said I had to register the address. I explained that I have had other things shipped with that same number. And they said it doesn't exist unless it's registered with the post office. And if I wanted my package I should have been there 20 min. Before I got there originally at 3:20pm. Lady, I have been calling since 2pm and it kept ending the call every single time I called.

I went in person two different times to speak to post master and she is never available; I also left my phone number twice (on different days) and never received a call back. The gentleman that was working on December 8th told me that I waited 3 days to report my item so that there is nothing they can do, not sure why he said this if not everyone checks their mail daily! This is not the first time this happens. Accountability needs to be taught at Alamo USPS!
