So I thought I was the only one experiencing bad customer service and Phil having an attitude all the time. Went to drop off a return it was prepaid label by the sender, but usps ground. I grab a priority envelope and Phil tells me I need to go elsewhere to purchase my own envelope because my prepaid label was ground and that one was priority. I said I’ll pay for it whatever. As I was done with a transaction I ask so if their is a next time, I need to bring my own right? And he says, or you can just grab one from the back. Why couldn’t he tell me this before? Why did he want me to go elsewhere to purchase and envelope? Does the USPS headquarters even see the reviews? It’s so easy to be nice and helpful. Don’t understand why Phil is so bitter and miserable. Doesn’t cost him anything to be nice.

This location does not deserve even 1 star, worst customer service, older guy acts like if you are bothering him when you ask a question, if you are working as customer service representative at least have the courtesy of not being rude, helping and being polite to customers is the main part of you job.
