  Went in to do an Amazon return. Amazon said to take the item I was returning to a FedEx store, and they would scan my QR code, pack the item, and ship it for me. The woman behind the counter had such a nasty attitude about it from the get-go and I'm not sure why. She acted like it wasn't her job to do any of it. Then she said "I ain't packing it, it's going in to a bag, that's it." Um, OK, the item is broken anyway, I really don't care if you slap a label on it and ship it like that, but she just HAD to be rude. African-American older woman and I have seen her act like this previously to other people. I just happened to get it today. Gross.

  The bad reviews are from Karens, they do a great job. When I went there they showed patience and competence

  Unfortunately the manager Scott is really just there to be there. Angela is who runs business at this store. I was very thankful that she was in store. I was in the fed ex location for about 20 minutes and I tried to ask for his help but he refused to acknowledge me. Just stood there looking at his computer. Angela heard me from across the building and was able to help me. This fax needed to go out in a timely manner so it was extra disheartening when he jumped to help the men that walked in while I was actively struggling.

  My mother and I came into this location to print and buy some stuff. The employee name Jasmine was very unprofessional and rude with her interactions with us. Dismissive, she gave us a small bag to put a large amount of items in and kept telling us that was the only bag they had but Ivan pulled a bag from under the counter! SMH! Bad attitude 😒 she kept telling me to get out of they way!! She told Ivan to talk to me but kept going back and forth with me when I was explaining the issue! Please view the video 1-11-26 @ 12:30 pm. When we 1st came in there was only Ivan was the one who helped us! We have been coming there for years and the ladies have been so nice customer service is a plus and I refuse to allow anyone to talk to me and my mother that way! She needs to find a new job were she doesn't have to deal with customer. Nasty!!!!!!!
