Customer service line is as good as talking to a chatbot. Even now in the world of AI it’s still very useless.

Rita is wonderful. she helped me locating my lost package, and without her help my package would have had returned to the sender. She is absolutely knowledgeable about the postal service, and she guided my how to avoid from future miss shipping. Thank you, USPS Addison, and Rita.

“Winnie” has to be the absolute worst person to ever exist. Incredibly rude and terrible attitude. She’s gonna have an attitude with the right one some day. I gave her my package, paid, and she told me to tape it and pack it myself when i legit paid for HER TO DO THAT. i’ve literally never gone to a mail store where they didn’t package my stuff and send it out after i pay? She also tried getting me to buy 4 dollar tape to tape a box that didn’t need to be taped?? Her whole attitude is just gross. The fact she herself chose to work at a mail store and has the attitude she has is insane. Hopefully she finds a better job or happiness in her life because with that attitude she definitely isn’t going anywhere and I can see why she’s working at a mail store.
