- BBBryan BarberJun 10, 20251.0Do you enjoy healthy, clean water? My family and I do. We prefer not to drink forever chemicals to ensure we provide our bodies with untainted water. Considering our bodies are mostly water, it has been proven fruitful so far in life. For over the last five years Sparkletts was delivering our distilled water in 5-gallon jugs, ontime, every month. Since Primo has acquired a number of water companies in a Merger and Acquisition, we have had one delivery of 3 bottles in the last two months. We have attempted to call them, as Sparkletts has been completely removed from contact, where we will wait on hold for over an hour. Eventually, we speak with someone who "promises" the water will be delivered on a certain date. Those four promises have not been kept and we are almost out of water. Whoever set this merger in motion did a disservice to the community. This is affecting people's health. Seeing as Primo not essentially has a monopoly on distilled water and cannot seem to deliver, what can be done? Please help up find good, clean water. Have great day!
