    Woke up a bit after noon Wednesday to work and ready to get stuff done and receive my package on Thursday all the while I was at home. Package did not arrive during window from 3 to 5 PM. I figured they were still on their way since I didn’t get any type of updates. 8pm rolls by so I checked tracker. Called to complain instantly after checking tracker and there was a change with a photo for a tag I had not and never did receive at my residence. Nothing about if they had trouble with the gate. They probably saw the gate and because of all the rain that day decided they didn’t want to get wet. While on the previous call I was told that it would arrive Friday early and that was still within my usual schedule. I had to stay up longer through all next morning and be available. The tracker now said Friday morning. Nothing. At that time it was now a bit past noon Friday. 8PM I check tracker and now says I won’t get it until Monday. No updates to detailed history so no attempt was made surely. I was exhausted. Called to complain a second time and was informed of nothing new and they could do nothing but she said that there was a new update for Saturday morning early and I started getting updates immediately during the call. No details. Just a link to my tracking number. Finished my complaint with no resolution again. This time with no official complaint. Checked tracker, still no change from Monday with no time window to speak of but just latest at 8pm that day. Now I was up for well over an entire day. Immediately went to bed to wake up as early as possible and I was desperate for rest. I knew I couldn’t sleep through this next morning so I set up all the alarms. Woke up early Saturday. Checked tracker, still says Monday with no specific window other than latest being 8pm. Saturday morning passes. Now it has become abundantly clear people were messing with me and yes-manning me as an apology when nothing was ever resolved. I was just now a training recording on some database with nothing to gain from my experience. Twice. Checked to make sure everything was at least the same status, Monday latest 8pm. It was. My only gain was I lost 2 days of patience and sleep with nothing to show for my time. I could only continue resting and I set alarms just in case the system was being weird and not showing what they told me. Multiple alarms. Double checked my volume was still on max on phone and on doorbell camera. They always are anyways but now I had no guarantee of anything happening. Nothing happened. It is now still Saturday evening and by a bit close to 9pm I got an email saying an attempt was made but I never heard anything again. No other notices. No gate access attempts. I would get a phone call immediately. And no missed calls nor texts or emails if an update was made during the day. Just this one email saying they tried again. Tried calling but only got the bot this time. It was no help and no human was around since it was past office hours on the weekend. Left a short complaint via the automated text system. I don’t know what’s going on but I’ve only ever had trouble once with FedEx years ago and they fixed it immediately the next day. This time it’s just laziness I presume. The only proof I have is that I have nothing to go by except a couple recordings. My phone and email logs say nothing. They’re all just links. I didn’t get any notice of someone trying to access the gate. And my camera has one person walking by that day that was a resident. Not any delivery person. I managed to get some rest finally today and I’m back to just waiting but I can sleep fine at least until Monday comes around. I was just going to make this a journal entry but I really don’t want Monday to go by and the same thing happens. These complaints only get listed as a 1 star review anyways. If they respond, it won’t help at this point. Not unless someone literally gets a team leader or supervisor to guarantee delivery by their own hands and walking it themselves. Life is hard and work can be exhausting but just no. Just no.

    WORST SERVICE EVER! I had ordered package and paid for next day shipping. I worked from home and was home all day cause the package required a signature. Then I get a notification that there was an attempted delivery! There was no knock, no door tag, I have my camera on at my front door so NO ONE EVER CAME! Then for the past week I have called FedEx customer service and each time they had called this facility and spoken with the manager about locating and sending out my package for delivery again. The facility they would attempt but for the past week they never did or I never heard from the manager here. The last time I spoke with a rep they spoke with someone named Crystal at the facility about my package and apparently my package was being held in a storage container in their warehouse and that I could go get it. No explanation or anything as to why they have not re attempted delivery! I go to get my package and apparently they were unable to locate it!!! And just ro file a claim. So freaking ridiculous.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. The delivery driver from this location never rings the doorbell, even for packages that require a signature. So instead of doing their job properly, they just leave a slip and force you to pick it up yourself. And that’s when the real nightmare starts. When I went to the ship center, I came prepared — order details, email chain, and full account access — yet the staff acted completely clueless and refused to help. The older male clerk even mocked me by laughing, then had the audacity to claim FedEx is a federal government agency and that they “need actual information.” Let’s get the facts straight: FedEx is a privately owned, publicly traded company, not part of the federal government. Pretending otherwise is not only ignorant, it’s borderline impersonating a federal agency. The attitude, the lack of accountability, the flat-out misinformation — it’s all unacceptable. If you want to waste time, be disrespected, and get treated like you’re the problem, come here. Otherwise, go anywhere else.

    Why there is no zero star can be chosen? The service is so terrible and the staff was laughing at their customers and bragging that they are representing Federal Government! That's so ridiculous and disrespectful. That was the most shameful experience I ever witnessed.

    Horrible Experience. Paid upfront for overnight delivery, and the driver just kept leaving door tags without even ringing the doorbell. It is easily visible on the ring camera. Called FedEx customer service so many times and requested to add a note for the driver to ring the bell. They did that, the driver completely ignored that, and did not even bother to read a big sign outside my door to ring the doorbell in 3rd attempt. The driver's name was Frederick. Ultimately, I had to go 40 minutes away to pick up the package after 4 days. Horrible...they are not even letting me file a claim!
