  If I could give the delivery drive Jordan a -0 I would. First he put that he attempted to deliver a package to a business that was closed. This was a residential delivery to my home. I was on my porch waiting for the FED EX arrival because this delivery was for medication set in dry ice. However, he never even came to my address at all. And this package did not need to be signed for, so if he had actually attempted to deliver it, he could have left it on my porch. I then drove to this Fed EX location to attempt to get my package due to it's importance. Jordan's manager did not even want to come from the back and speak with me at all. Literally left me standing in the waiting area with nothing and no help at all. Jordan had actually never even scanned my package back into the facility, nor attempted to deliver it, he just left it on his truck and left for the day. The only help I received in locating my package at all came from Daniella, and Inez, and another manager Casey who came in and heard about my issue, and attempted to help me. So to those three women, I thank you. To Jordan and his actual manager over him, you need to be fired. Worst service ever received from Jordan and his manager.

  Walked in at 8:20, no one in the lobby. Waited, called the location, and then had to yell 3 times for anyone in the back to hear me. Finally, someone comes out and said they've been watching me on the cameras. When I asked why they waited 5 minutes to come take care of customers, they said "it hasn't been 5 minutes". I left screaming at the sky bc I didn't want to scream at anyone in the building. Since COVID, I don't expect great customer service anymore. When I get blamed for not knowing time instead of apologizing for having me wait, something has to be said.

  Just called corporate to place a complaint of this store. My package was “delivered” at a random doorstep and it got stolen in result of that. It was my mother’s phone and now no one is responsible for it going missing, because like a said “it was delivered”. And also whoever did it took a picture of the package in front of the door but that was not my house and they couldn’t even fit the entirety of the doorframe in the photo like they knew it was not the right apartment and still left it there!!
