- FJFelicia Johnson1 day ago1.0My mother and I came into this location to print and buy some stuff. The employee name Jasmine was very unprofessional and rude with her interactions with us. Dismissive, she gave us a small bag to put a large amount of items in and kept telling us that was the only bag they had but Ivan pulled a bag from under the counter! SMH! Bad attitude 😒 she kept telling me to get out of they way!! She told Ivan to talk to me but kept going back and forth with me when I was explaining the issue! Please view the video 1-11-26 @ 12:30 pm. When we 1st came in there was only Ivan was the one who helped us! We have been coming there for years and the ladies have been so nice customer service is a plus and I refuse to allow anyone to talk to me and my mother that way! She needs to find a new job were she doesn't have to deal with customer. Nasty!!!!!!!

The only person at the store on a Saturday morning was extremely rude, made me wait more than 15min to tell me that she is too busy and she can’t help printing one page on adhesive paper because she had 3 more orders before me (no clients at the store by then). I think she doesn’t like her job 👎
