  Jennifer is outstanding. She is very personable & always followed through with returning calls or answering questions. She is great about checking in to make sure everything is working properly. The installation team is great as well. They knew what they were doing and my new printer is still running smoothly thanks to them.

  We just upgraded to a new printer from Hilliard Office Solutions to replace the one we had for over five years, (and the experience couldn’t have gone better. The new HP unit works flawlessly, and the installation was seamless - our technician made sure every computer and device in the office was set up to access the printer. All of our questions about the new features were answered promptly to get us up to speed. Excellent service and support, couldn’t be happier!

  We have leased a copier from Hilliard for over a year and have no trouble at all. The copier is great, but more that that, the service department is AWESOME! I just have to put in a service order online or call and they are extremely prompt, professional, & successful in any repairs necessary. I never want for supplies as they come automatically and ahead of my need. I would highly recommend Hilliard to any of your office equipment needs.
