I attempted to call more than 3 times starting at 4pm, well before closing time and no one will answer the phones. Very dissatisfied with both services in delivery and customer support.

Easily the worst customer service, I never leave reviews but I just had to say how awful the people that work here are. They WILL not answer the phone and when they accidentally do you can hear them click the buttons to hang up on you. On top of that they always have nasty attitudes when you go in because god forbid they have to do their job

I’m so happy to say that yesterday I had an LIFE CHANGING experience with JANNETT when I visited the post office!
She had the best customer service that I’ve had at any post office that I’ve been to in my life! So warm and friendly. But most importantly she CARED about me. That is something that can not be taught.
Jannett, actually liked her job and she wanted to help me, which is priceless.
In addition to her kindness she was an expert at helping me with my passport renewal and making sure I had everything I needed to getting my last name changed on my passport, taking my passport picture, and getting my mailbox keys she did all of this is 15 mins or less!
10 out of 10 stars!
Thank You JANNETT!
