- DLDrew LiedtkeFeb 23, 20261.0I've been calling them about a package that was mistakenly shipped to my old address in Abilene, but they won't answer the phone. Now the package is out for delivery and I don't know if it'll be lost or stolen. I sure hope it's forwarded to my new address. Great customer service!

They WILL not answer the phone and when they accidentally do you can hear them click the buttons to hang up on you. On top of that they always have nasty attitudes when you go in because god forbid they have to do their job
