It smelled really clean and walked up to the counter and the lady scanned my QR Code and gave me my receipt for my records and it was all super fast. Very nice people.

They do not offer wifi computers so you are forced to pay to use their computers or pay them to print your forms. For being a small city like abilene you would think they would want to help. Do not use this ups store.
