  I go to FedEx on South Danville in Abilene, Texas for all of my Printing needs. I am entirely satisfied with the service that I receive and the products that I purchase there. Everyone who has ever waited on me at that location has given me outstanding service. I particularly want to mention three of their staff: Cody, Wendy, and Anita. All three of them Have been 100% courteous, professional, And knowledgeable. They are all three, entirely attentive To the task of taking care of my Printing needs at the time. If I Ask them a question that they don’t know the answer to at the time, they find out And get back to me. In addition, they are all three excellent listeners. My gratitude goes out to all three of them, and to FedEx in general for hiring these three and others of their staff who function so well as a team. An Additional sidenote: FedEx is the only place where I can buy a particular brand of paper, TreeZero brand. It is an excellent environmental choice, please don’t stop carrying that paper.

  I went to drop off a couple of packages yesterday. It didn’t exactly have my ducks in a row, but an elderly lady named Wendy was trying to help us in between other distracting tasks she seemed to think needed to be done while attempting to process my packages with no luck. In comes Cody, the assistant mgr. This guy went up and beyond the call of duty to ensure our packages were packaged, and processed to the utmost professional level. I’ve handled freight, and shipping most of my working days, so I know what the right way is, and Cody not only completed the task, but well exceeded that, and went the extra mile to box two packages together to ensure their safe arrival to the destination. Thanks Cody! Keep showing up, and taking pride in your work, and the sky’s the limit!!! Thanks, Rodney Rodgers

  When I walked into FedEx, someone immediately approached to ask if I needed assistance, which was super helpful. He even anticipated that I needed a shipping label, which was impressive. He guided me to his register and helped me locate my FedEx account number. He also shared a neat trick I hadn’t thought of before—you can save your account number in your phone like a contact by entering the number and labeling the name as “FedEx Account Number.” He was professional, attentive, and calm, making the process smooth and easy. Definitely appreciated the helpful service!
