- CCCheyenne CheneyJan 28, 20191.0Terrible. I’m a Military family that is moving to Italy from Tucson. I had my children’s gifts sent to my mom’s house in Cowan but addressed to me. Instead of the carrier following the address on the package, they looked at the last name and assumed it belonged to the a family down the street with my last name. No one thought to call and ask my mother if that package is indeed hers but just assumed it wasn’t. Now the package has been returned to sender and will have to pay extra for shipping to get back in time to us before we leave.
