Only One Word Describes Williamsport Post Office Employees- LAZY!! Twice this week they have left our packages either leaning against or hanging out of our mailbox. Not only is this the utmost form of laziness on their behalf, but also careless as it is easily seen from the highway. Oh not to mention both packages got rained on and the contents were in fact saturated. I guarantee they wouldn’t want their personal packages done this way, but they sure careless about our communities mail. Hey Williamsport Post Office, why don’t you have some common decency, get off your butt, and bring the packages to the residence like you’re suppose to. If things don’t improve in the coming days, I will gladly go up the chain of command to improve our service. WILLIAMSPORT WE DESERVE BETTER!

Joan Trudo is the only reason this once 'the way it used to be and ought to be' small rural post office has remained open and customer friendly. Joan is a friend to all the customers relying on their mail being delivered in a timely manner and that their packages are safe. Someone at the main station in Columbia has it out for Joan, and we will be the losers. Seems wanting to live simple, rural, and not be a part of the rat race in Williamson County, is not really a reality anymore after 22 years of doing just that. And how sad that the very system (the USPS) that used to be the fiber that connected us as a nation, is no longer meaningful in the empty-soul world of tech.

Have met some of the most helpful postal workers here as well as some of the most ignorant here; hit or miss depending on employees there. As of SEP23, Does not have the capability (or willingness) to process QR labels. Was able to figure out the solution at another similar post office (go to print a full shipping label and pull the alphanumeric code from it), but they were acting condescending while I was trying to do that so I left.
