Presently 3 days late with an “attempted” delivery on the day I was supposed to get my delivery. The website said my package was unable to be delivered due to oversized item/or full mailbox - notice left. I never received a notice. My delivery instructions on Amazon were not followed, my package was supposed to be delivered to my apartment door (Not sure if this is a communication breakdown between the Amazon vendor or Amazon in general), and the driver never actually attempted. I called and rescheduled on Saturday and had the lady put in delivery instructions (which was a frustrating process on the website. I filled out the form 10+ times and the submit button would not work on the website). Today (Monday) comes around- no package, no attempt, nothing. USPS use to be the best, now it’s …. I have nothing nice to say so I won’t elaborate further.
