I drive 25 minutes to the UPS store in Tullahoma. The workers are exceptionally friendly and welcoming! If there is a line, it always moves quickly and if things are a little backed up, somebody from the back always comes up and jumps in and opens a register. The other day I was having a problem with my app and then finding the qr code to be scanned. The young man who assisted me was very patient as I apologized, and he told me not to worry that I was fine.I always have a good experience!
