- MSMiranda SpirlockSep 5, 20251.0My dad who is older and not very mobile gets 10 5 gallon jugs delivered to him regularly. He brings all the empties outside like he's supposed to. They have cancelled and rescheduled on him 3 times. I called to see what the problem was and see if they could get to him soon. I was told I would get a call back which I never received. Almost a month later he got his water. I will be looking into another service.
