Regular carrier is outstanding but when she takes a day off her backup says my packages are undeliverable and postmaster immediately returns to sender with no effort to correct mistake of substitute. Even a note in box to
Pickup at post office would be welcome by comparison.

Delivery is a joke and waste of government money. Packages are never delievered.. I ordered shoes and they came to deliever and never try to deliever them just give a notice letter... I sat in my window and watched them just put the slip in the box .. never pulled in ... says no secure place to put package which is a joke .. didnt try and I have a screen in porch ..
