- CDChloe DykesMar 7, 20251.0Absolutely horrible service. They never want to deliver packages, even small ones. They write the notice and slip it in the box. And when you go to pick it up they are rude as if it’s your fault you’ve had to come in to get it. I’m extremely fed up with them. To add on to make matters worse when you go up there needing to pick up more than one package they will find one and say there is no more and you have to ask to look again then they want to act mad because they didn’t fully look in every bin. Lazy people. If you hate your job so bad go somewhere else. There’s no reason to treat people badly when it’s your let job to find their packages because y’all didn’t want to deliver in the first place. I would give negative 10 stars if I could. USPS DO BETTER!!

I ordered shoes and they came to deliever and never try to deliever them just give a notice letter... I sat in my window and watched them just put the slip in the box .. never pulled in ... says no secure place to put package which is a joke .. didnt try and I have a screen in porch ..
