I have sit here at my house for most of the day waiting on my packages. Then, a little after 4, I got an update from USPS stating that the package was held at the post office due to customer request...big no no, I did not say anything like that. I was at the post office earlier today after the mail had been loaded, but it wasn't to pick up the package. If I told them to hold it there, I would have picked it up when I was there. I even received a text stating it was out for delivery. Bad rep

Previously, same lady, commenting several times to me on how large I write. I learned at 6yrs old thank you. Very rude. I wanted to take my mail and go to another post office.
