  They refuse to deliver our packages and they keep them at the post office. We’ve repeatedly tried to work with them, expecting some level of problem-solving or compromise but nope. They claim they have “nowhere to back up,” yet there is PLENTY of space that could be used with a little EFFORT. UPS and Fed Ex deliver to us with no problem. I went in to pick up my packages and the man told me all I needed was my ID so he could verify that my name matched the name on the package. My husband went in the next day with his ID to pick up his packages and the lady rudely gave him a hard time even though his ID matched the packages name. So you aren’t going to deliver our packages and then you are going to give him a hard time when we have to race there after work just to pick them up? And we were told different things. Absolutely ridiculous and super frustrating.

  Once Again, a failure by this Post Office. I had 5 important items coming today. They posted a status of "Delivery attempted, but security access code is required. Please contact Amazon to provide the security access code for delivery." This status was posted a 9 AM! This is a complete falsehood. The is no barrier at my house and mail is delivered there Monday thru Friday by Craig without issue. No Amazon didn't put ANY special handling code on these packages! This is one of numerous times on the weekend bogus status has been posted by THIS POST OFFICE. I drove the 30 minutes down there and my packages were there AT THE POST OFFICE. They were NEVER taken out for delivery. When confronted about the erroneous status, I was told they wouldn't fit in the driver's car, so they put this. I was/am not happy about the false status posted to my supplier. Finally she admitted it should have probably been shown as "hold" I told here this was obvious, but the false statuses are common. She was unapologetic and simply pushed 5 packages out for me to load up. This post office needs LEADERSHIP and accountability!

  They refuse to deliver packages to us. Claiming private road, however they used to deliver to the door. The older woman at the front desk needs a course on customer service. She has threatened to call the police on 2 occasions simply for asking a question she didn't know how to answer. She has put words in our mouths saying we were refusing packages when we were picking them up and has threatened to return packages before the time limit. I rely on deliveries since I don't have a vehicle. The interesting thing is FEDEX, UPS and even Walmart have no problem using the road to get here. There are 3 other properties on this road and all of us are getting tired of this constant going to the post office for "deliveries". They have even gone as far as telling Amazon that we are "not at home" when we are, "refused delivery" when none was.attempted and I have proof. Sad state of affairs and now they want to raise rates when they can't do the simple job of actually delivering the mail!
