- ABashley bowmanDec 18, 20211.0We have not had the best experience with this mail office. My IRS check was put in my neighbors box luckily they gave it to me. We don't get things we're waiting for and I'm currently waiting on Christmas presents that say they were dropped off at this office but haven't been scanned in ...and of course they're closed til Monday. So I'm left hoping my son's presents arrive on time or at all or I'll be going around store to store praying I can find what I ordered. It's awful you can count on your mail people to get you your mail. And it wouldn't hurt them to be open a little longer right here at Christmas time so they can make sure everyone gets their stuff. This office is barely ever open and I'm currently depending on them to get my son's Christmas to us. I've read many reviews in telford community posts about this office not being dependable and leaving things where it doesn't belong. People are asking someone to fix issues with this office and I would agree.
- PPPerry7712Aug 20, 20211.0Staff isn’t bad. Service of usps is terrible as a whole. This office is ancient in technology. Takes a day or more for a package that is dropped here to be reported as taken by carrier. And also no QR code’s for shipping labels can be used. Like I said ancient computers. Like m.s. dos old. Good luck. Go to Jonesborough.
