Next month bill comes out said we didn't pay it. Called water dept they never got it.The check is still missing.. This is getting old.

We don't get things we're waiting for and I'm currently waiting on Christmas presents that say they were dropped off at this office but haven't been scanned in ...and of course they're closed til Monday. So I'm left hoping my son's presents arrive on time or at all or I'll be going around store to store praying I can find what I ordered. It's awful you can count on your mail people to get you your mail. And it wouldn't hurt them to be open a little longer right here at Christmas time so they can make sure everyone gets their stuff. This office is barely ever open and I'm currently depending on them to get my son's Christmas to us. I've read many reviews in telford community posts about this office not being dependable and leaving things where it doesn't belong. People are asking someone to fix issues with this office and I would agree.
