I now how over 20 packages sitting in the post office, that they want me to pick up. I would not order on line if I was to go and pick up and not have them delivered. Worst service ever. I was home all day today working from home due to the snow and got a sorry we missed you letter in the box I watched her pull up and just drive off no attempt at all. I sure wish we still had Ms. Schrader she was the best ever

Meanwhile someone is at the house the whole time. Not to mention I constantly get another persons mail with a similar address. This is very frustrating. I've told them about the issues I have, yet NOTHING has changed. Unfortunately this is a necessary evil
