  I went into the Springfield Tn store upset about a situation. Asa assisted me immediately and handled my issue with such ease. He was so patient with me and put my worries to rest. He was an absolute God send.. Asa you are a wonderful person!!

  Best UPS store I’ve been to. I won’t go to any other. Excellent customer service! The employees are always polite, patient, and kind. 🙌🏻

  I have never sent anything before. Debra helped me with my package and was very helpful and patient with me. She explained all of my shipping costs and options. She was awesome and the reason I will be back with my business and will tell every one I know to use ups in Springfield tn

  I went into the store Friday afternoon to return a two small kid blanket throws to Amazon. There was no one in front of me when I walked in and as I was making my way up to the counter the young lady there told me that I would need to use the kiosk. I then told her that I would prefer for her to help me. In my opinion her helping me with my return would have been providing great customer service instead she told me once again that I would need to use the kiosk. I stood there in shock wondering why she and the person beside her could not help because at that time neither of them had a customer and the kiosk area had several people standing at the two stations. A man came up to me and directed me to the kiosk and told me that I had to use it for all Amazon returns. I expressed to him that I did not like the way I was being treated and that I really preferred an actual person helping me with my return. He insisted that I had to use the kiosk and stood in my way so that I could not get true customer service from the employees working behind the counter. As I stated I told him that I did not like this service and on my way out he told me that there were other places I could go to take packages and loudly said Merry Christmas in a sarcastic manner to me. He spoke above everyone in the store. I feel the way he acted was VERY unprofessional and I am sure others have felt this way too. One thing that ran through my head when I got into the car was what if someone were having a horrible day and were at his or her breaking point…just getting to converse with someone in a positive manner could have really made an impact on that person. However, what I witnessed was a lot of rude behavior on the customer service rep and honestly it was as if he were on a power trip of showing authority instead of spreading kindness and wanting to help. Small town businesses survive by having good customer service!!!! So that that being said, I will find another drop off location for packages and will spread my story with others in the community.
