  Terrible service. I need to speak to customer service and can’t get to them. A package was supposed to be delivered at 6 PM and it’s still not there.

  I have used this location many times, and every time, I am greeted with a smile, professionalism, and a little bit of humor thrown in too. Today though, I went to ship something with their “brown competitor”, because I needed to return something with a prepaid label from a vendor. However, I couldn’t print out the label because my printer is in storage during a move. They told me they could print my label, but I had to return in 24 hours to pick it up. 🙄🙄🙄You’re telling me you can’t print one piece of paper, while I’m standing in your store, to ship something with on your carrier??? I wish online shopping allowed you to choose who ships your items, because I would choose FedEx every time! I walked into FedEx Office, and asked if they could do my job. He had me email it to their store and printed it in two seconds. Not only that, when I went to pay him, he said “no charge for just one little label”… I was in and out in less than three minutes. Every time I have to print or ship anything, I choose to this location.
