Wow. So disappointing that I don't even know where to start. Walked in Monday needing brochures for a presentation on Thursday out of state. The owner told me that the store was out of blue ink, at the moment, but that if they got the blue ink in on Tuesday or Wednesday, they'd be able to print them, 'No problem', was the statement. He stated that he would call me if there was a problem. Left a message for him this morning because no one answers the phone there. 4:00 PM rolls around, no one has called me. So I drive down, walk in and ask a about the brochures. "Oh yeah, I remember you being in here." "Did you guys get your blue ink in?" "Yeah...it came in yesterday." "Oh, cool. So are my brochures done?" "No. I think he decided not to do them." "Excuse me?" "Yeah that happens sometimes." "That he just decides not to do a job that he's promised to do?" "Yeah..." So yeah. Here I am less than 12 hours away from having to be at the airport to fly out to my presentation, and the brochures that the owner of the store, Jason, told me that he would have ready for me just simply aren't ready. Because he decided not to do them. Wow. Google really needs to have a Zero Star option. One is simply too much credit for this guy. It also shows you that if a business owner cares this little about fulfilling his promises to his customers, that he's probably overcharging for his services. Business must be so good that he can just chase it away by refusing to do it.

I visit this UPS Store often and have never had anything less than great service! The staff is always so welcoming and happy to help — you can tell they truly enjoy what they do, and that makes a big difference. Their Amazon return area is super convenient, and I’ve never had a single issue. We’ve also had large foam boards made there for our business, and they turned out amazing — plus they got them to us so fast, even when we needed them last minute. I love having such a great shipping option with outstanding service so close to home!

I went in today about 3 o’clock when I went in, there was not a soul in the store. I was the only one in the store, so of course I proceeded to go to the counter where there was only one kid standing at his station. I proceeded to tell him that I was mailing packages for my daughter and that I had never done this before now mind you there was no one in the store. He never offered to help me and told me to go scan my items. This young man was a tall kid with black wavy hair and black glasses. I wish I had gotten his name being that I had never done this before. It would’ve been nice just for him to show me how to do it oh but no, he was not going to help me. He sat and watched me struggle for at least 10 to 15 minutes never asking if I needed any help. My thought was the entire store is empty. He is just standing there. Couldn’t he have just been kind enough to say hey ma’am do you need any help. I’m not sure why companies hire people like this if they’re not going to be useful and do their jobs why are they even there. I realize this is a younger generation running the store and they obviously have no sense of customer service. I will find somewhere else to mail my packages in the future.

THEY DIDN'T EVEN TAPE THE BOX CLOSED. THEY MAILED AN OPEN BOX. Guys, don't go here. This place is full of incompetence. Now I have to purchase another label because they wasted that one. I would give them -5 starts if I could. In order to print something on a regular piece of paper it's like 20¢. If that thing is a label that I already purchased to send something THROUGH UPS, it's $3.30 for that same regular piece of paper. How stupid is that? What a rip off. Update: The response they left below? Not UPS. This is a franchise. The owner of the franchise left that response. He doesn't think it's unacceptable because he basically told me I was wrong and to take a hike.
