  I had to walk in and out 3 times because I was forgetting some things and the gentleman was okay with it and very kind. He was extremely helpful and didnt make me feel judged. This is probably the nicest ups store ive been too in 3 years.

  Indian woman that’s always there is extremely rude.. Both times i’ve gone she’s been over the top having an atrocious attitude. Went in there at 6:18 which I know is 12 minutes before they close but I have a baby that was napping and my bf got home late so that was the earliest I can come and what I was doing literally takes 5 minutes, I was paying cash and she rudely asked if I had card, I said no and she told me they’d have to cash out on a different register because they already closed one, okay fine idc. Then she asks again you don’t have card? again very rude and I once again said no I only have cash. Why is that an issue? idk. I paid in a $100 and she got all hot and bothered about that too, she had the change just didn’t want to deal with it. She said you don’t have $30? super rude and I said no I don’t this is what I have. Why is it such a hassle for her to take my money? I paid $35 to ship something that doesn’t even weigh half a pound and had to deal with this woman’s nasty attitude. Really find someone else. The other woman was extremely pleasant but this lady is a nightmare

  I "overnighted" an important legal document using this UPS store. It got to it's destination late so I called corporate UPS and they told me I had to call the specific store for a refund. I went in and they told me I would receive a check in the mail in the next week or two. I waited over a month and nothing showed up so I went back to the store. When I was there the second time, they called the manager and he told the employee to tell me he would research it further then call me. He never did. I recommend going to the UPS on the other side of town near Publix.

  I visited The UPS Store while traveling in the area. Rachel and Dustin were friendly and professional. I had multiple shipments that took some time and not once did Rachel rush through the process but took great care to make sure all the shipping information was accurate. Being there for a while, I was able to observe how all the customers were treated with the same attention from Dustin. Thank you for the great service!
