- MLMoni L5 days ago1.0RUDE! Went over the weekend to ship packages. Woman behind the counter clearly doesn’t like her job or the customers that walk through the door. Rattles off shipping rates so quickly you have to ask for her to repeat herself and then she is even more annoyed. Went to USPS and shipped my three packages for a little over the price that I was quoted for the smallest package she quoted. Run! The self service machine at USPS was extremely user friendly and possibly even more personable than the woman working this weekend.

The associate sold her boxes that were far too large. I went to return the boxes, completely unused, with the original receipt and the manager “Neil” said he wouldn’t accept the return. The staff couldn’t have been nicer for what it’s worth, but Neil definitely lost a customer for life today. Can’t trust their shipping expertise and they won’t accept returns when they mess up. Go elsewhere.

Charges for tape even when i am paying 20 bucks to ship my return. Always in a bad mood. Over charge a man 300 bucks. I told him to go to USPS. He was so upset and shaking. I will never go to this location even though it's the closet to me. This is not the 1st time she's been rude.

I walked out! And shipped with the post office USPS Ground $12.80. Package arrived in 2 days.
