- D:DFeb 22, 20193.0Got to post office exactly 3 minutes after close. Open sign was still on. Doors unlocked. Walked in and a rude lady with short hair and glasses just said "we're closed, what do you need?" and I told her all I wanted was to pick up a package I had been trying to receive for a week now but my work schedule wont allow me to be home to sign for the package. 2 other employees were there, one ignored me, one was helping another lady. She scoffed & said "what's your address?" Took her a whole ONE MINUTE to give me my package. A rude attitude is never necessary, especially to a customer who's been using their facility for over 20 years. It's now 9 minutes after close and I've had plenty of time to write this review and get my package and all 3 employees are still here. Try to be understanding of people who work a full time schedule. You can take 1 minute of your day to make someones entire weekend.
