- LWLaura WestOct 16, 20251.0Do not send packages from here. Go to Jasper. Have had problems with packages being scanned incorrectly and when I inquire where the package is, "we can't find it." No other help. Old black lady here will poke through her computer for 15 minutes "trying to help" but not saying anything to you, hoping you'll go away as the line builds up behind you. Then has no advice on next steps finding your lost package. Please fire her. Please.

Called then after our mail arrived to ask if we had another package because it was supposed to be here and they said it was with the carrier hes bring it back by and 345 we drive to the office because it hadn't been delivered and the woman I spoke to told me the only way to know it had arrived and was there was to go through the packages and that she WAS NOT doing that.
