- LWLaura WestOct 16, 20251.0Do not send packages from here. Go to Jasper. Have had problems with packages being scanned incorrectly and when I inquire where the package is, "we can't find it." No other help. Old black lady here will poke through her computer for 15 minutes "trying to help" but not saying anything to you, hoping you'll go away as the line builds up behind you. Then has no advice on next steps finding your lost package. Please fire her. Please.

Christmas eve I recieved a metal sign bent in half shoved in the mailbox. It was a present and we literally had to yank it from the mailbox with force. There is no way you could have bent this package without some sort of strength knowing it wasnt metal of some sort....Merry Christmas mom, hope you like your bent metal sign
