- TMTim MMay 17, 20221.0Order package for delivery. At home all day waiting for delivery. Get note in mailbox saying no safe place to drop delivery. Go to post office to get package, but the driver hasn't returned yet. Many such cases.
- JBJames BlanAug 23, 20211.0in my 41 yesars of living ive never been more frustrated and frankly just plain disgusted in the service of this post office... i have my gf brjng a package to mail for me... the labels wrong its a media mail label... the postal worker acceps it . tells my gf it prollu wont work she will try ... no insurance nothing... 3 months down the road after at least 20 calls.. failed attempts at intercept my package is lost and im out 600 dollars .. the tracking says it left the pist office in somerville but never got past somerville... this is the 2nd package of mine thats come uo missing and to me it looks like there thieves

The mailman never came to give me my package. Instead, placed a note in my mailbox saying "its at the post office". By the time i saw the note, the post office was closed. Monday (today) i went early to get my package. They told me "i don't know where your package is. It could be in Oakland post office. It could be with the mailman." I am thoroughly pissed off. I spent 12 years working on that book i ordered, only to have some sloppy mailman derail the whole thing. I want him and every clerk there fired.
