    I was at my mailbox at when the mail carrier was delivering mail. I watched as he finished loading the boxes, but he scanned my package as “Delivered in mailbox” even though it was not placed inside. I immediately checked my mailbox and confirmed it wasn’t there. It’s now been two days, and the local supervisor told me they’re “trying to resolve it,” but I haven’t received any updates. I would like to file a formal complaint about the driver for false delivery scanning and request a follow-up on the missing package.

    Delivery service is poor, except for junk mail. After dropping off a package carrier drove vehicle over front yard on October 6. I receive a periodical daily. As of today, October 9 they have not been delivered. This started last Monday, four days now.

    I cannot understand why we have a different delivery person almost every day. I have been notified twice this week that my package was delivered. NO, NOT DELIVERED, The app we have said package was delivered to an individual. What individual??

    Unbelievable!!!!!!!!! Just found package that postal carrier left out in 92 degree heat! Package was CLEARLY marked Perishable; DO Not leave in Heat, etc! This is NOT acceptable!!! Especially since garage door was Open and carrier could have just pushed it 3 feet further into the shade of the garage. Julenne 1111 Harbor Landing Dr
