They’d get one star if I was able. I had a package that was marked out for delivery today at 6:41 AM, and then at 9:47 AM it was marked “hold for pickup at customer request”. First, my mail never runs before noon, so I know they didn’t have time to deliver it. Second, my wife and I both work from home and would have definitely been here had someone actually shown up. We didn’t ask the post office to hold the package for pickup, they just didn’t want to put it on the truck. I’d suggest you get some people who aren’t lazy but who would anyone complain to? Easily the least competent post office I’ve ever had to deal with. They should shut this branch down and combine it with Hixson. I can’t imagine customer service getting any worse as a result.

Soddy Daisy Post Office is the absolute worst postal service. They say packages are delivered and they are put in someone else’s mailbox. So now the neighbors are actually delivering each other’s packages because of the postal service incompetence. They never answer the phones and when you go in they are extremely rude. They have also recently just been leaving packages out in the rain instead of delivering them to the proper address…..

They have sent my packages to the wrong address more times then the right address at this point How hard is it to read an address and deliver it to that address in the past 2 months 6 different packages have gone missing never delivered but they mark it as delivered. At the point im convinced soddy daisy post office is straight up stealing packages for how often they dont get delivered. They should be investagated at this point. Completely fed up with it oh and dont call cuz they wont pick up the phone either

I was supposed to have a package out for delivery today. Should have been a large or heavy package, it's a keyboard and mouse. Heard the truck go up and down the street then get the following update. There was no attempt at delivery, nothing blocking my driveway. Just pure laziness!! Unfortunately now, since it's Saturday and I'm working, I cannot pickup this package until Monday! This isn't the first time we've had an issue like this either, it's fairly common.

The employee working the front counter, a younger male with glasses, consistently throws packages after scanning them. This shows a lack of care and professionalism toward customers’ property. Between this behavior and the way packages are handled by drivers, it’s easy to understand why this location receives low ratings. There appears to be a larger issue with accountability and hiring standards. Management also seems disengaged — the supervisor does not appear present or concerned about customer packages. Real change needs to start at the management level and be enforced consistently throughout the staff.
