  I am always looking forward to seeing Casey and Tatiana when I go to this store; they provide TOP TIER customer service... even when the store is packed with customers. There are several UPS locations I could go to but I intentionally make it duty to come to this specific location because of them. They are always very professional and provide excellent customer service.

  At this particular location the staff always look like they have attitudes. They hardly smile, no personal skills, and look like they hate their jobs. The dude with the long beard and the skinny female with the blond hair are primed with sarcasm waiting to erupt. I certainly don't want to be the recipient of their wrath. I personally would drive the extra time to the Murfreesboro UPS store. Now ..this location I recommend. The folks in this place are fun! They smile, greet the customers, and go above and beyond to help. From the guys to the ladies, they're all pleasant to do business with. Walking out of this location you feel valued as a customer.

  All the staff was super helpful with all my questions in terms of pricing, ship dates and pretty much everything I had a question for they had an answer for it. They were on top of it all with extreme professionalism. You could just tell overall they’re good people there, especially Justin. He walked me through the whole process and was super timely on his responses, which made the process that much easier.

  Had a return for Amazon and was instructed that the two boxes could be not put in one box by Amazon. They sent a free pay QR code, some jerk that was all tatted up says that he can’t print but one label. I asked him to tape the two boxes together. He told me I could buy some tape. I will never go in that store again. I was instructed by Amazon to take the two boxes to a UPS store with the QR code and they would handle everything. The two boxes could have been taped together with a nickel's worth of tape, Again, terrible customer service, will never use this location again.
