  Completely messed up my Amazon return and caused me to lose money from a mistake they made on their end. I had two separate items and was very clear that they were two seperate returns to be packed, separately. And yet they still packaged both items into one box and shipped it off. They did not scan my return properly on one of the two items I had, so it didn't go through correctly. They sent it off to the wrong seller and made me lose money, from their own negligence. He scanned only one of my returns, but packaged both of the returns into the same box and shipped it off incorrectly.... I work retail and I do not respect the way this was handled from a customer service aspect. I am unhappy with the fact, that I lost money from a mistake THEY made on their own end. Amazon was not able to work with me since the person who works Amazon returns here, didn't even scan my second item in the first place when he shipped it with the first box! Ridiculous.

  Staples had nothing but basic paper when I went in today. No card stock, no oversize stock… I went to the print shop, they didn’t have anything but plain paper either… Dramatic fail. Sad. I used to like staples. The workers were super nice though, as I expected! But I’m not sure why I would go back if they don’t carry anything but plain paper.

  Staples has been my go to store since I opened my business. Great customer service and products. I love the ink cartridge credit that you get for recycling in addition to the rewards system they have when you make your purchases. I literally went on one day and spent less than a dollar but had about $300 dollars in products. I love this store!
