I went in at 830 for my passport appointment that was scheduled at 9. The line was short and I had stuff to drop off before hand. Reginald got me taken care of before 9! He was funny and nice and it took about 10 minutes. Highly recommend getting your services done here!

If it was possible to leave a review without any stars, I would. Idk who the mail lady is for Brookfield Ct, but she is absolutely HORRIBLE. Today my son went and checked the mail for me, and she had shoved the package in the mailbox and crushed the box. Not to mention, it ripped the package, so he could see what was inside, which just so happened to be a Christmas gift for him. Because I guess it’s easier to have no regard for people’s packages than do her due diligence and walk 15 feet and put it on our porch. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with her. One time we had left the trashcan next to the mailbox, not even blocking it. For 2 days we got no mail. Finally on the third day, she left our mail with a note that said “please move the trash can”. I guess it was an inconvenience to her because she couldn’t pull right up to the mailbox and may have had to take a couple of steps to put our mail in the mailbox. She makes me wish there was some other way, outside of a PO Box, to get our mail delivery. She is the worst I have ever encountered. Can this not be addressed? No wonder the USPS is in the shape it’s in!

It's a post office. These people work hard like all of us. Sometimes there's a bad apple, but that's the same everywhere.
