  All the staff was super helpful with all my questions in terms of pricing, ship dates and pretty much everything I had a question for they had an answer for it. They were on top of it all with extreme professionalism. You could just tell overall they’re good people there, especially Justin. He walked me through the whole process and was super timely on his responses, which made the process that much easier.

  Had a return for Amazon and was instructed that the two boxes could be not put in one box by Amazon. They sent a free pay QR code, some jerk that was all tatted up says that he can’t print but one label. I asked him to tape the two boxes together. He told me I could buy some tape. I will never go in that store again. I was instructed by Amazon to take the two boxes to a UPS store with the QR code and they would handle everything. The two boxes could have been taped together with a nickel's worth of tape, Again, terrible customer service, will never use this location again.

  I love coming to this UPS store. The people are so friendly and very helpful. Even if there’s a line, I don’t have to wait very long. Casey helped me the last time I was in, and he was very thorough , accommodating, and super friendly. He almost knew what I wanted before I even voiced it.

  I would highly recommend going when Casey is there, he really made my experience today a pleasant one and made a personal connection to where I wasn't just another customer! He was super quick and helpful with what I needed and I was in and out but he made it a great experience!

  On the 27th, I went to this UPS location to mail paperwork to a PO Box in another state. A few days later, I tracked it and saw it was delivered to a residence in Old Hickory, TN, which was incorrect. When I returned to the store, the employee didn’t know why the wrong tracking number was on my receipt, but she printed USPS paperwork with a different tracking number showing it was delivered to the correct PO Box and partially refunded me because I was mistakenly charged for Ground Residential instead of Ground Advantage. The following Monday, when my dad went to pick up the documents, he was told there was an additional $25 charge because the store clerk had placed my documents in an express envelope with a Ground Advantage label, causing them to arrive sooner than expected. He refused to pay, so the documents are now being returned. I called and spoke with a supervisor to ask how this could be resolved, and I was told there was nothing he could do and that I would need to take it up with the owner. I understand that mistakes happen, but this location lacked accountability, clear communication, and any effort to resolve the situation.
