- MMMichelleJul 22, 20251.0If I could give a zero I would . The customer service is horrible . No one answers at the Liberty Tn office . I was only calling - before the line became” busy “ to Enquire why ?!?!?! Do they keep passing up picking my mail ??? I have had mail showing sent out to me on the 18th of a mint and I received it on the 28th ???? Are y’all Employing carrier pigeons ? This costs me late fees in large amounts when I send off mail / bills and they or whomever is covering my area - they just don’t stop by ???? I live on a dead end road in which I provide a nice turn around for . This is laziness . It’s unacceptable.

This is wrong they need a much beter system and I bet that is why they are Rated 2.7
