- MMMichelleJul 22, 20251.0If I could give a zero I would . The customer service is horrible . No one answers at the Liberty Tn office . I was only calling - before the line became” busy “ to Enquire why ?!?!?! Do they keep passing up picking my mail ??? I have had mail showing sent out to me on the 18th of a mint and I received it on the 28th ???? Are y’all Employing carrier pigeons ? This costs me late fees in large amounts when I send off mail / bills and they or whomever is covering my area - they just don’t stop by ???? I live on a dead end road in which I provide a nice turn around for . This is laziness . It’s unacceptable.

Have complained to postmaster and the delivery driver still continues to not bring packages to the house..if could rate ZERO stars I would. Guess I need to pay more on shipping to have delivered by FedEx or UPS who do their jobs

I see it in informed delivery but it never physically makes it to my address. Some of these have been months ago but still never show up. I call up there about it and they have no idea, so I guess good luck getting all of your mail.

My stimulus check was sent to smithville post office instead of dowelltown (which is my actual address) so I have called once a day until yesterday when I found out some checks had went out but the carriers had them so I called at the end of the day. I’m a mom of 5 and could use it! But when I called this morning to check I get a smart reply of “we will call YOU when we get it”. They also get busy and could forget and I don’t want it getting sent back! I’m a very friendly person until your ride to me! Everyone else that has helped me has been super nice otherwise!
