  If we could leave more than five stars we would! Each time we go to UPS, Dylan provides such amazing customer service. I’m talking, best customer service I’ve had in a long time. He just cares. And he really wants to help. He takes time to explain everything and we never feel rushed. We even heard him call customers by name, so clearly customers are returning time and time again. It’s so refreshing to see among so many people that simply don’t care to provide quality customer service anymore. We will be customers as long as we live here!

  I would give more than 5 stars if that were an option. I’ve used this UPS Store for a variety of services over the years, but one experience in particular says everything about how they operate. I once had to ship more than 60 boxes and Dylan actually opened the store early on a Saturday morning to help make it happen. I had a flight the next day and was under a tight timeline, and he made sure everything was handled flawlessly. He stayed in communication the entire time, sent tracking information for every shipment, and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks. It honestly felt like white-glove service. Every time I’ve been in this store they’ve gone above and beyond, but that day really stuck with me. In a world where customer service sometimes feels like a dying art, Dylan and his team are the real deal. They are professional, efficient, and genuinely care about the people they’re helping. I’ve spent more than a decade working in retail environments where customer service was a huge part of the business, and I work for a company now that values it deeply as well. Because of that, I really notice when a team gets it right. Dylan and his staff absolutely do. We stopped in today to have something notarized and I joked with my wife that I wish we had more reasons to come here. It sounds funny to say about a UPS Store, but this is genuinely one of the best-run small businesses I’ve dealt with in a long time. If you need shipping, printing, or notarizing, this is the place to go.
