Very rude staff was unable to ship live birds because they simply didn’t want to mess with it. Will be calling headquarters to let them of laziness this staff brings to the table.

I sent a gift for my boyfriend and was supposed to be at his house last Friday but NOPE!!! I wasted $30 to get the item I bought and shipping just to believe that the package may have been stolen. I wished I never threw away my receipt and now I can't trust post offices to ship anything because I worry that next time it's going to happen again.

So after my product is delivered 6 days late. I see that my package has been opened and put back covered with clear tape! Amazing since nobody could give me a real reason for delaying delivery! Second time this year I have had an issue. The time before I was told to pay postage on a package that had already been paid for by sender!
