Wonderful postal carriers. This facility had all six flags of the Department of Defense.

This post office is the worst!! At the main post office the only person at counter that is nice is Julie. The postmaster will not speak to you when asked to complain about rural carrier and nobody answers the phone. I am disabled and they would not deliver any mail to my house the mailbox is only .4 miles from house. I absolutely hate this post office because of the service.

Nonresponsive Postmaster and very poor local leadership. Sevierville USPS carriers are trained by local USPS leadership to mark deliveries as "Address Does Not Exist" to justify their unethical decision and extreme laziness. When packages are rarely delivered, they are stacked on mailboxes in unsecure areas or tossed into yards. Sevierville USPS is a solid example of why the USPS is beyond repair and should be privatized. Numerous private businesses deliver everyday without issue yet the government agency that should be the gold standard for delivery is no longer capable of providing reliable delivery in Sevier, TN. USPS carriers in remote Alaska are more reliable and dependable than Sevierville USPS clowns. Dozens of times we have had packages marked undeliverable and drove to the post office to report the issue. While there we then pick up the "undeliverable" package(s) that the lazy carriers refused to even load into their vehicles for delivery. Our carrier is unable to deliver our packages because she/he/it/?? is too flipping lazy to load our packages into the delivery car. The same delivery car which is referenced each pay period when she/he/it/?? is reimbursed for the delivery mileage after pretending to deliver packages she/he/it/?? intentionally did not load into the car for delivery. The Postmaster Inspector General has been made aware of Sevierville USPS' issues for years. Sevierville USPS is responsible for mail delivery to most of Sevier, TN. Pigeon Forge USPS also serves Sevier, TN but is responsive, reliable, and accountable unlike it's sister office. How long will it take before common sense is applied? Will senior USPS leadership in Nashville and D.C. continue to ignore Sevierville USPS' serious delivery issues and local USPS leadership's lack of honesty and ethics. The citizens of Sevier, TN do not trust or respect Sevierville USPS. Why are senior USPS leadership at the regional and national level ignoring what we in Sevier, TN are witnessing and experiening everyday with Sevierville USPS?

One of the worst branches around.inside help is ok, except for the one guy, that gets offended if you have complain about anything. He has zero accountability and frankly doesn't give a damn! You're inconveniencing him. But the main problem is the route driver, by far the worst I've ever experienced If he doesn't feel like delivering your packages today he just doesn't put them on his vehicle he or she by the way I don't know, always and I repeat always a problem with a delivery to my place. Off Dixon branch and 411. Worst service I've ever had in my life, Are these people veterans? Is there any pride. Clearly not, and clearly the management there doesn't give a damn either because they don't do anything to tighten anything up. I wish I could do my job all my life in such a half ass way and get paid! I have never had a delivery without an issue! Never! I have to go up there this afternoon to retrieve my stuff as usual. Worst service ever in any branch!!
