Despite customers in line, they stayed with us for over 45 minutes until the job was done. Great customer service at this store!

My employer requires a receipt for reimbursement and now I don’t know what to do in a $70 print order. Staples employee reprinted order correctly and charged me again for the order. Not a good experience.

She was very rude and would not listen to what I was telling her with the shipping labels on Amazon’s end. Once she saw that I was right, she completed the return. She has horrible customer service skills. I was even kind enough to ask her if she was ready for Christmas. I hope she has the Christmas she deserves at this point.
