I have put in two formal complaints and they've only begun delivering to our address for the last three weeks or so. The first complaint was because the mail deliverer FOLDED in thirds a flat envelope labeled PHOTOGRAPHS. The second complaint was due to the fact they refused to deliver over half the packages coming to my house because they won't go down the short driveway to put the packages on my porch. Pure laziness and zero common sense.

She left it at their back door & because I was out and about, I said maybe you could leave it at the front door and she responded. I don’t have to leave it at the front door Um okay weird….now the package is in plain site for anybody walking by to see instead of where their front door is which would properly conceal the fact that they had a package on their porch. Since when did we start receiving our mail in the back?
