She left it at their back door & because I was out and about, I said maybe you could leave it at the front door and she responded. I don’t have to leave it at the front door Um okay weird….now the package is in plain site for anybody walking by to see instead of where their front door is which would properly conceal the fact that they had a package on their porch. Since when did we start receiving our mail in the back?

They put the slip of failed delivery in my mailbox and was too lazy to come to my door. USPS is trash. They've gotten worse and worse over the course of 5 years. I constantly have mail go missing thats scanned in my delivery digest and lying mail carriers. I made sure to sit by my door all day and they lied. NOW, I have to wait until after the holiday to go get my certified letter that I desperately need because the USPS has no programs that ensure that their employees care about their job.
