    The only usps that I have death with that refuses to deliver packages. Why is it that the delivery driver can put my item on their truck, but because they don’t want to walk up one flight of stairs with a 10lb box, they’d rather leave a slip that tells me to pick it up later. The boxes that they HAVE left for us have both been damaged pretty bad, one item needing to be sent back and replaced. You can’t get in contact with the store, as the number listed is automated. But my fedex driver had no problem putting an 80lb box of car parts right at my doorstep! Pure laziness with no care for other’s people’s belongings.

    Wish I could give 0-stars. This is the worst usps! No wonder they have a 1star rating. They constantly lie and refuse to deliver our Amazon packages. We have an incredibly short, accessible driveway and porch with no gate code etc. All LIES! Our mailbox isn't "full". This location needs to be investigated and individuals either re-trained or fired. If there's a shortage of personnel or delivery vehicles, that needs to be FIXED asap! Very frustrated and dissatisfied how my tax dollars are being poorly used here.

    This usps is the worst usps we've ever experienced. They lie about our packages saying "mailbox full" or "no access to front porch" etc. ALL LIES. This usps is lazy and dishonest and needs to be investigated asap.

    Never answer the phone, and the mail carriers refuse to get out of their vehicles. There is a clear, marked sign that says where to deliver packages in the front on the driveway, but they won’t even go down the short driveway to deliver (average size, short driveway). They always mark as either “customer refused delivery,” or “mailbox full.” Both are lies. This is the worst post office I have ever experienced. I would recommend shipping using any other method to avoid massive headaches and items being shipped back.

    If I could give Angela 000000- reviews I would. And the man working there today. I understand that the weather is bad, but holding my package for DAYS, when I’ve offered to pick it up, due to weather. It’s crazy crying because you have to do your job. It’s 2:15, we were the only ones in there. we live off of Dolly Parton, literally 4 minutes from The post office. If you can’t deliver, let us pick our mail and packages up, instead of crying about it. Do better, yall are paid more than enough to stand around on your phone. “If another person asks I’m going to shoot myself” I just feel like employees shouldn’t be saying this.
