    I travel with my job so I’ve been to a few UPS stores. The Sevierville store knocks it out of the park. The whole staff is great to work with but Heather really goes the extra mile to help and take care of customers. I’ve seen a line out the door and she keeps calm and handles customers great

    I live on Bluff Mountain never had a issue with getting packages delivered till now. It was a Amazon delivery and your driver said it was delivered. Never got it the delivery was Oct 30 and I contacted Amazon they said it was delivered. Hunted everywhere no packages found till today. Found it 1/4 mile from my house was left at corner of Dupont springs and duncan spring rd road sign. Hope you find out who the driver was and fire him because it wasn't delivered to address was left at corner of the road. I'm so pissed about this.
