I had a rude encounter with the other drop off location (not UPS), but HEATHER was so kind to everyone in front of me in line then reassured me that it was okay to have a lot! She was kind, helpful, and efficient. I will now be making my returns here just because of her!
- LMLiz MonDec 30, 20252.0First, they have a habit of telling you that your package will take longer to be delivered to get you to pay more costly shipping fees, then they add $5.00 for office supplies, which the Gatlinburg store doesn’t do, and if they were to charge you for office supplies they would let you know first, not just add it. The packages don’t take as long to ship as they lead you to believe. It seems to be all about getting the customer to pay more, which is not good business practice. Very disappointed.
