Anyone can do the job when things go right, it's when things go sideways that your true abilities show. This store is seriously lacking in true customer service.

She acted like I was stupid for being there. Raising her voice and being hateful. When I told her that someone called me she said "well she shouldn't have " and continued to yell at me like I'm a 2 year old. It's Saturday and I needed the cards for a craft show I'm doing today and still no cards. I should have ordered them online from somewhere else. I will not be dealing with this lady again. She is completely rude disrespectful. That's a great way to lose customers.
