She was very rude and would not listen to what I was telling her with the shipping labels on Amazon’s end. Once she saw that I was right, she completed the return. She has horrible customer service skills. I was even kind enough to ask her if she was ready for Christmas. I hope she has the Christmas she deserves at this point.

There's 2 registers at the checkout area, one for purchases and the other for Amazon returns, with one person manning both of them. Today, while I was in line for a return, the employee called no less than 3 times for help...he was ignored. All while one woman at the purchase side, left her goods and exited the store...sale lost. During which, I was in line behind 3 others and once it was my turn to get my return scanned, someone walked up to the other register and the guy went to that one to check them out. That's ok with me, I'm in no hurry but it happens all the time when I'm there. And I've come here a few times to either buy something or return an Amazon order and it's the same every time. This is shoddy management in my opinion.
