- TMTanya MaloneyOct 13, 20251.0I’ve ordered 3 items from Amazon this past week. 3 different pkgs. Two were delivered with no problem through the post office. One (which is a cook book) was reported as could not be delivered undeliverable. And I needed to pick up. It’s a cook book! Why could you deliver other items but not this one? I also tried to pick up the package today but they were closed at 4:00. Hours say they are open till 4:30. Really? So frustrating!

The office clerk, “B” DOESNT DO HIS JOB! He scans stuff in so it shows that it got to the Post Office. And that’s it is out for delivery. BUT THEY NEVER GET THERE! Brags how he can’t be fired. When you complain online you get targeted and will not get your mail. This needs to change! If you don’t like your job and don’t want to do it! Quit!!!!!! Go somewhere else. Nobody will miss you……….BYE!

- BJBarbara JonesAug 30, 20231.0Went to get my mail last Tuesday and the office door was locked, that's alright I just needed to check a PO box anyways, I can mail another day. That's not my issue. My issue is I saw someone in the back behind the service counter smoking something from a pipe. It smelled like burning plastic and I wanted to throw up. The smell seeped through the locked door and I was worried the smoke detectors might go off. If you're going to be doing illicit things it's not wise to be doing them in a place that has federal regulations involved.
- JBJonathan BakerJun 18, 20221.0I was supposed to get a package today and there is someone on the property at any given point that can receive mail physically, However according to my notes from the online shopping center it said there was "An attempt to reach someone but failed to get anyone to the door." This is unacceptable because as we've never had this issue until the beginning of June of last year and this is NOT THE FIRST TIME that they've LIED. This is not the 1st time mail was delayed by these people. If you guys will actually get off your lazy tails and actually make an attempt versus lying through your teeth, then you will get Is better ratings. Your post master is going to hear about this and they are not going to like it! When you have a unsatisfied Person complaining about delayed mail and the fact that you people also like to destroy property(s). Now, I'll have to wait on Monday to even see if I can get it in person.
