- DMDonna MerrimanOct 31, 20251.0I wish I could give zero stars. Since Crystal has been gone the mail has been horrible. The man in there the last week has been very rude. Leaving no mail for over 2 weeks in the wrong box and medication in a locker with no key. Says packages out for delivery until after they close and then send email that they couldn't deliver it. Returned medication to the VA when there wasn't a notice left to pick ot up.

Drove all the way here for no reason might wanna put that on the notice.
