- JWJames WheatNov 10, 20251.0Twice in the past week and a half my packages have been delayed in delivery. Twice my packages were mis-sent to a post office that does NOT deliver my mail. Instead of owning their mistakes, it was labeled as my porch being inaccessible. Funny thing is, 2 of the 3 packages made it the day of promised delivery. This was not my porches issue-someone somewhere doesn't know how to read, and someone else covered that and decided to blame me and my porch. My mail carrier from 37873 is excellent. Don't want to answer your phones to talk, have an online review! Rogersville, TN, 37857 has now done this twice. After reading other reviews I will add that yes, landon is a poor representative for the usps.

Never had anyone answer. I even called as I walked in to see if I could hear a phone. Nothing. Silence. The people are apathetic, rude, and downright lazy. They've changed where they deliver my mail idk how many times over the course of 5 years. Sometimes it's in the ACTUAL MAILBOX ON THE HOUSE. Sometimes it's in the rain on the back porch. I'm so sick of dealing with these people. If I could have things delivered to me by a dang carrier pigeon, I'd jump at the chance to never have to speak to another soul at the post office again

This is absolutely horrible service package was supposed to be delivered today and time line is literally almost up. So who is going to pay for the rush shipping that I paid for just to not get my package on time?
