Delivery person jams packages in a small box, they tore the flag off and several items are now damaged. Never answer the phone. I mailed a request to move my mailbox due to disability, the postmaster never replied

Great customer service from this postal service Office. I would say above and beyond what other office I have delt with. Yes Mail was sent on a round the USA trip from an office in KC MO. This office took time to contact and inform me in person on the phone that they themselves would make sure package was goin to be back on track. As promised package was delivered to a business there in Rogersville. Thank All of you form making me feel as if I were dealing with a business owner and not a government agency.

Twice in the past week and a half my packages have been delayed in delivery. Twice my packages were mis-sent to a post office that does NOT deliver my mail. Instead of owning their mistakes, it was labeled as my porch being inaccessible. Funny thing is, 2 of the 3 packages made it the day of promised delivery. This was not my porches issue-someone somewhere doesn't know how to read, and someone else covered that and decided to blame me and my porch. My mail carrier from 37873 is excellent. Don't want to answer your phones to talk, have an online review! Rogersville, TN, 37857 has now done this twice.
After reading other reviews I will add that yes, landon is a poor representative for the usps.

These people are the WORST. The phone number must not work, because it rings and rings and you will never speak to a person. I've called them over 20 times. Never had anyone answer. I even called as I walked in to see if I could hear a phone. Nothing. Silence. The people are apathetic, rude, and downright lazy. They've changed where they deliver my mail idk how many times over the course of 5 years. Sometimes it's in the ACTUAL MAILBOX ON THE HOUSE. Sometimes it's in the rain on the back porch. I'm so sick of dealing with these people. If I could have things delivered to me by a dang carrier pigeon, I'd jump at the chance to never have to speak to another soul at the post office again
