They always go outta their way when I have packages being delivered . Even when needing locks changed for the rental properties I take care of . I have been dealing with them for over 20 years with no problems .

Rude and nasty, about over it. Apparently they don't like their jobs, Trump needs to go in and overhaul this system as well

Some of the laziest people on the planet. Refuse to deliver packages to my house because they don’t want to get out of the car. They drive all over the sidewalk to deliver mail. They want you to move your mail box to someone else’s house so they can have them bunched together to make it easier on the driver who should really be walking anyway.

Very impersonal service even to paying PO box holders. It's not an uncommon occurrence that second-line address information gets lost when placing an order online. The fact that you couldn't look up the box number per the name of the recipient of the package is inconsiderate. We now use a private mailbox service that knows us personally and will actually look up the box number if unsure. Not to mention we now receive no junk mail with our new service.
