- AHAdam HFeb 22, 20261.0My package made it to this location from CALIFORNIA in two days. The USPS proceeded to take 6 more days to actually drive it over to my house. Whoever is running this operation should be fired for gross incompetence.
- HHHolly HaleJan 20, 20264.0This is a well populated community in knox county and the post office is beside of a large public school..With that in mind it was organized,clean,well stocked and both of the employees that i met were kind and helpful..That is something to take note of on a Wednesday afternoon after 345 and 8 people walk in, especially me looking like ive never been to a post office before!!

- BHBuck HDec 20, 20222.0With Postmaster Dejoy my PO box rates have doubled in a year. I have had boxes since the late 80's. Price increases were every 2-3 years and only a couple of dollars. I have never had a bad experience with any employee here. I am thinking I may have to close my box because of the increase. I wonder why it costs me more for Po Box? It costs the Post office more to street deliver. Makes no sense.

But every time I schedule pickup for my business even sometimes I pay $25 for special time to pickup and the will come my house after 3 days to pickup are you serious? Today I see Career pull on my driveway make a U turn and left. And when I call manager told the will not come pickup even if I pay. Terrible
