The giant man working was extremely rude, when trying to explain to me where an envelope would be located and wanted to play the "hot" and "cold" game. Spoke to me like a 2nd grader. I thanked him on the way out the door for making me feel handicapped with my partial color blindness. He at least apologized and told me I should've mentioned that to him, I guess...before he embarrassed and shamed me. Now I know why all the ladies working there left. Sometimes desperate times call for mean employees.

Automated service refuse to let me speak to an agent. I don't need to talk to AI I need to talk to a human.

I love this post office. It’s fast and they’ve always been friendly to me. Them being open on Saturdays is amazing! Best post office I’ve ever been to.

Honestly, I'm not sure how to review. When I lived outside of town (but still had a Portland address) I never had any issues. But since I've lived essentially in town, I've had plenty. Examples are: never receiving items (had to look up tracking and find that the worker took them back to the office, citing things were in the way--but there *weren't,* seemingly they just didn't want to mess with the packages. This was on two different occasions too, and I had to go claim them. The kicker is, they didn't even leave a slip or note of ANY kind either time to tell me I had items waiting), mailbox being left open or cracked, complaints written on letters that items were impeding them from delivery (please again note, this wasn't the case! We think perhaps the last homeowner--we have been here less than a year--and the postal worker must have had some kind of beef), and more. Presently I've been waiting a month for a package that probably should've been here two weeks ago. This time, the package has no tracking. I'm really not surprised if it has been purposefully not delivered out of...malice? Indifference? I've seen more than one person delivering on this route, so I can't say which one is the "offender," if you could call them that. Some of them seem nice. The phone system if you try to call is not terribly helpful, and my schedule doesn't let me frequently get to the office in time, so I'm out of luck I guess. WHEN I DO GO, the workers out front seem incredibly nice. But since the delivery part is what we rely on, I've got to score for that. Intentional withholding of my packages and sending little messages for no reason on my mail is...confusing. The only other explanation is if they're getting misdelivered to a house in the area who does leave things in the way of the mailbox, and the occupants returned our letters a couple of times. But in that event...it is still the USPS worker messing up. I'd like to leave more stars for their work at my last address, and how nice they seem in office, but...well. If they're messing up half of their goals (delivery) essentially in town like this, that's a flub that can't be overlooked.
