I pulled up at 6:40, and as I was getting my packages from the trunk of my car, they were turning off the lights. One of the employees in the back saw me and came to the door, and asked if I needed help. I explained I had 4 Amazon returns. She let me in and they took care of all 4 returns. Thank you Ali & Kathie, for going above and beyond!!
