- MLmichael laird4 days ago1.0Fire whoever is responsible for answering the phones at all local usps locations around Pigeon Forge. 3 days of calling and it just rings and rings, then an eventual busy signal or hang up. You're getting paid to help people. I've been in these post offices... they're rarely busy. Absolutely absurd that it's 2026 and we can't get a live person to help when needed. Fire them all!

This afternoon I was so regretting to choose this location for be my post office when I was relocated in this area. I should read the reviews before hand. Is not the first time I received this kind of service here but today wow …. Not recommended…. Thanks for make my day miserable.
- VLVivian LambOct 28, 20251.0Worst post office in the country. They do everything possible to not deliver your packages so they don't have to work. Every single package that we order gets sent back. If you try to go pick up at the office just a few hours after failed delivery it has already been sent back. They never answer the phones, they always have bad attitudes. If you don't like your job then quit instead of costing people time and money. I'm tired of you all picking and choosing what days you want to do your jobs.
