If you try to go pick up at the office just a few hours after failed delivery it has already been sent back. They never answer the phones, they always have bad attitudes. If you don't like your job then quit instead of costing people time and money. I'm tired of you all picking and choosing what days you want to do your jobs.

Items that I have ordered online will show that they were delivered by USPS and left in a parcel locker, but when I open the PO Box there is no key to a parcel locker(no the items were not too big for a parcel locker), this has happened two separate times, this results in me having to make more trips to the post office and eventually becoming frustrated because I have to personally ask for what I ordered. I've never had this trouble until just recently, if a order is delivered on Thursday morning at 8am it should not take me three or four days afterwards to receive it, so ridiculous!

We receive the wrong mail, my work (across the street) recently received 4 pieces of mail that weren't theirs - it all belonged to 4 other businesses across the street. Our neighbor had mail sitting to go out for 3 weeks, during which time none of the 3 of us received mail. Packages are delivered fine, letters not so much. It's very frustrating.
